From the minute we met Heather and Montzi in May 2025, they were the team we felt comfortable with to find our perfect rental property in La Paz. Having spent the last 10+ years in Cabo San Lucas first as fractional owners and then building a home we had a good foundation of the Baja lifestyle but found ourselves attracted to the LaPaz area for the more “laid back” lifestyle.
Heather was prepared for our search narrowing down the showings to our preferences we had communicated to her prior to our visit. In November 2025 on our second visit to La Paz we found the perfect 2 bedroom condo to meet our specific rental property choice. Heather and her team worked diligently to acquire all the detailed information we needed to consider in our evaluation and guided us through each step from offer to closing to include helping us find a suitable resources for an attorney, appraiser, inspection, rental property management and service contractors. They continued that exemplary service post-closing to help us with all the move-in activities to include transfer of utilities, HOA introductions, private club membership and most importantly…best local places to eat!
