Francisco Loubet Resendiz, who is fluent in English, Italian & Spanish, was born and raised in La Paz and lived there until he was 18 years old. When he moved to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon to study Product Design specializing in Car Design at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), he stayed 1 year for academic exchange in Turin at Politecnico di Torino and later returned to finish his college degree on May 2012. In 2013 he moved to Hermosillo, Sonora to open a HVAC store, he gained experience in Customer Service. In 2022 he decided to close a chapter in air conditioning and made the decision to venture into the world of real estate, he started working as a personal assistant to an agent, his mentor trained him for 5 months until the opportunity arose in the agency for a vacancy for an agent. He really enjoys working with buyers, giving them custom service, being honest, transparent & always available to help before, during and after the sale. He will take your hand, guide you and listen to your needs to find the investment property or perfect spot for you. He loves being a Dad to his four kids and enjoys swimming and weight lifting. He is a passionate musician, he enjoys playing the guitar, singing, songwriting, He is very proud of being a local paceño and gives you an insight of the city and its surroundings.
