Karina Ehrenberg Theurel, who is fluent in English, Spanish and German, was born and raised in La Paz and lived there until she was 18 years old. When she moved to Toronto to learn English at The University of Toronto, she travelled around the world and stayed two years in Berlin and later returned to the Baja and worked several years in the hotel industry in different Resorts such as Las Ventanas al Paraiso, Hilton Berlin and Esperanza Resort and in 2007 she started her career in Real Estate at Pisces Real Estate in Los Cabos. In 2011, she returned to La Paz and opened The Garden Center which later became the restaurant El Jardin Secreto. She is an active member of AMPI which is the National Association of Professional realtors in Mexico affiliated to NAR. In addition to general Real Estate Karina has a background in large ranch properties. She is experienced in the administration of land and homes, she enjoys working with first and second time buyers and takes great pleasure in providing a personal and honest client service before, during and after the sale. She will guide you from the hand and will listen to your needs to find the perfect home or investment property for you. She loves being a mom to her three little kids and enjoys traveling, riding her bike, snorkeling and scuba diving. She is passionate of being a local Paceña and knows the city and its surroundings like the palm of her hand.
