The agents are familiar with the area and were able to steer is in the correct direction to purchase our first Mexican property. Real Estate transactions are not the same as in the States, some parts can be confusing. We appreciated that we had a knowledgable staff of people to navigate the transaction. Most recently we sold our La Paz property through Lyanne O’Leary. We met her playing Pickle Ball and she was thoroughly familiar with our development . I felt like she answered my questions honestly, even though at some points her answers were not to her benefit. Our sale was particularly complicated because it was an American couple who purchased in Mexico with private financing. This scenario sets up addition paperwork when purchasin Mexican property (this is probably true in any country where one is not a resident). There were numerous hoops to jump and unexpected additional tasks to perform in order to finalize our sale. Personally I did not believe that the sale was going to through. However I was wrong, the sale did go through, we received our proceeds and everything is now finalized. Lyanne was calm and professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Diamanté or Lyanne again.
