What a thoughtful, considerate, thorough and professional person! We needed to sell our property because we could no longer move to Mexico. My Spanish is very basic. It was hard to know who to trust. We are way up near Seattle with 2 little kids. Valerio was easy to trust, is a very good communicator in English and Spanish. Unfortunately, the economy was bad, and selling was hard. A lot of properties became available (competition) in El Sargento / La Ventana area. The first year we tried, he did all he could. The sercond year (2026) the economy was still tough but we were hopeful. Valerio found inexpensive labor to clear some of our lot, and make it more accessible and easy to envision with a home. We put a few hundred dollars into it. Valerio was able to find a buyer early in the second year. Along the way, he was very helpful with what would be realistic, how to list our property, and in how to negotiate with eventual buyer.
